When will the delivery be done?

3 working days upon ordering. Should you require a specific day of delivery,you may contact us at 8388 1831 (via WhatsApp),where our customer service staff will work with you to organise the most suitable delivery day & timing.

We do not deliver on Mondays and Public Holidays.

How to maintain quality of item when received?

If you are not consuming on the same day, please keep them into the freezer (below -16°c).

STORAGE & EATING INSTRUCTIONS

What is the best way to store wagyu beef?

Wagyu beef should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2-3 days of purchase. It can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

What is the right way to defrost the item?

We strongly encourage slow defrosting of the item. For e.g., if you are preparing to cook the item the next day, you can put your item in your chiller (0-4°c) for at least 12 hours (depending on the size of the item) or externally for at least 4 hours before cooking.

  • Never defrost Wagyu in a sink with water.
  • Never put Wagyu in a microwave.

The Japanese Wagyu fat has a much lower melting point than other beef. Human temperature can melt the Japanese Wagyu.

What is Japanese prime wagyu beef?

Japanese prime wagyu beef is the highest quality wagyu beef that has been rated by the Japanese Beef Marbling Standard (BMS) as having the most marbling, tenderness, and flavor.

What is Japanese premium wagyu beef?

Japanese premium wagyu beef is a high-quality wagyu beef that has been rated as having less marbling than prime wagyu but still offering good flavor and tenderness that is more widely available and affordable.

Is wagyu beef healthier than other beef?

Wagyu beef is often considered to be healthier than other beef due to its high levels of monounsaturated fats and a balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Are your Wagyu certified by SFA?

All of our meat products are from accredited farms and processing plants approved by Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

How are the products packaged?

We vacuum pack all our meats to retain freshness and maximise shelf life without the need for preservatives or other nasties.

Why does some of the Wagyu look brown? Are they no longer good?

Due to vacuum skin pack where oxygen is stripped off in the packaging, the meat will sometimes turn brown and this is normal. It does not mean they have turned bad.
